2. Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is free for all orders, except for remote regions.
Against every item, there is a region mentioned from where it is shipped. If the region where the item needs to be shipped is same as the region from where it is being shipped, it is considered as domestic shipping.

3. International Shipping
International shipping is free for all orders, except for remote regions, but may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of your country.
Against every item, there is a region mentioned from where it is shipped. If the region where the item needs to be shipped is different from the region from where it is being shipped, it is considered as international shipping.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 4 days for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order tracking information within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us.
You can also track your order status online from the website, using 'My Account -> Order Status' link.
5. Shipping to PO and BFPO boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to have your order shipped to a P.O. Box, please contact us prior to purchase.
6. Is shipping free and included in the cost?
For USA, where mentioned, shipping is free to mainland states. Alaska, Hawaai and any other remote areas will be charged for shipping.
Shipping will be displayed at checkout and if there is any difference, you may be contacted after you place your order.
1. Refund Policy
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Markhor EV Technologies.
By purchasing from us you are agreeing to the return and refund terms set out below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging and not damaged.
We will only refund the cost of an item if the item has not been opened and returned within 2 days of purchase in an unused condition.
Since returns are honored by the manufacturers, please contact us by email regarding the procedure. Some manufacturers may not offer returns.
Costs related to refunds shall be paid by the buyer, unless mentioned.
If an item you purchased was in a sale, then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.
Markhor e-bikes and other brands sold on our website come with comprehensive warranties.
The battery, the motor, the charger, the meter and the controller are covered under warranty.
The crank and chain wheel, front fork/axle and chain are covered under warranty.
The brake lever, throttle and sensor are covered under warranty.
The lighting, pedals, tires and handlebars are covered under warranty.
Warranty periods are mentioned against each product separately.Note: Warranty does not apply to rider-incurred damages or normal wear and tear.
2. Refund Procedure
Please understand, approved refunds may take some time and the procedure is as below.
- Pack the item back in its original form, along with any wrappings.
- Send it back to us or we may get it collected from your location.
- We will advise regarding the above.
- Once the item is received back with us we will initiate the refund process.
- Depending on how you paid us, your refund will be made.
- Sometimes this may take around 15 days.
