The Markhor M1 comes with a comprehensive warranty!
- The battery, the motor, the charger, the meter and the controller are covered for 12 months.
- The crank and chain wheel, front fork/axle and chain are covered for 6 months.
- The brake lever, throttle and sensor are covered for 3 months.
- The lighting, pedals, tires and handlebars are covered for 1 month.
Note this does not apply to rider incurred damages or normal wear and tear.
4. How do I track my order?
You can track your order from our web site using the 'Order Status' link in the top navigation under 'My Account'.
5. How do I change my order?
If you need to change the color of your bike, switch the accessories on your order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are here to help. It is our goal to make sure any mistakes or changes to your order are corrected before shipment occurs.
Changing an order that has not shipped:
We cannot modify an existing order for a product swap. To change a bike or accessory on the order to a different color or product we will need to remove it from the order or cancel the entire order and refund you. From there, you can place a new order for the correct item through our website.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.
7. Will the production bikes be exactly like the ones pictured?
We reserve the right to make modifications in the interest of delivering a better product to you.
8. What if warranty expired or I broke it myself?
No worries, we will support and supply you the parts you require to fix your e-bike through our online store.
9. What countries are you shipping to?
Currently, we will only ship to addresses in the US. Sorry about the inconvenience for our friends from other countries. We sincerely appreciate your support and please stay tuned with our future launch plan in other countries and regions.

E-bikes usually arrive fully assembled.
Just unbox, unfold (if foldable), charge the battery and you are ready to GO! The e-bikes are fully assembled and tested prior to authorized shipping. In order for the e-bike to fit into the shipping package, a few parts like the handlebar, the paddles, and the seat post will have to be reassembled. It is very easy to reassemble the bike, we provide you step by step descriptive assembly manual.
4. How do I get the spare/replacement parts?
Simply place the order through our online store and replacement parts will be shipped to you. If you need further assistance, our support team can help you purchase the correct replacement components.
