These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the Markhor Bikes platform as a seller. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with the registration process. By signing up and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Account Setup and Fees:
1.1. To become a seller on Markhor Bikes, you are required to select a plan that suits your needs. This plan may include a setup fee and a monthly subscription fee. The specific details of the fees will be outlined in the plan you choose.
1.2. Markhor Bikes reserves the right to modify the fees and plans at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to either continue using the platform or terminate your account.
Payments and Commission:
2.1. Markhor Bikes will facilitate the payment process between buyers and sellers. Once a buyer has made a purchase, the payment will be received by Markhor Bikes and held securely.
2.2. Payments will be transferred to the seller's designated account after the goods have been received by the buyer or based on the credibility of the seller, as determined by Markhor Bikes.
2.3. The commission on each sale will be deducted from the total transaction amount, as specified in the selected plan. The commission percentage will also be outlined in the plan details.
2.4. Payment processing fee to the sellers account, if any, shall be paid by the seller.
Seller Responsibilities:
3.1. As a seller on Markhor Bikes, you are responsible for accurately representing your e-bike listings, including providing detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate specifications.
3.2. You agree to promptly respond to buyer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely and reliable delivery of sold e-bikes.
3.3. You acknowledge that all warranties and after-sales services are directly provided by you, the seller. Markhor Bikes is not responsible for any warranties, guarantees, or claims associated with your products.
3.4. You must add only brand new items, used items are not allowed to be sold at Markhor Bikes.
Prohibited Activities:
4.1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Markhor Bikes as a seller.
4.2. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities on the platform, including but not limited to the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized products, misrepresentation of product condition, or any other form of unethical behavior.
Account Termination:
5.1. Markhor Bikes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account at any time for any violation of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed necessary.
5.2. In the event of account termination, you will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding orders and resolving any open disputes with buyers.
Intellectual Property:
6.1. By using Markhor Bikes, you agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents, of third parties.
6.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your e-bike listings do not violate any intellectual property rights, and you indemnify [Your e-Bike Marketplace] against any claims or disputes arising from such violations.
Limitation of Liability:
7.1. Markhor Bikes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or this Agreement.
