We all know that exercise is good for our health. But did you know that riding an electric bike can actually help reduce your risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer's disease?

A recent study published in the journal Neurology found that people who rode electric bikes for at least 30 minutes a day had a lower risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer's disease than those who didn't ride electric bikes.

The study followed more than 1,600 people in Finland for 25 years. At the beginning of the study, none of the participants had dementia. But by the end of the study, nearly 10% of them had developed dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

However, the participants who rode electric bikes were much less likely to develop dementia or Alzheimer's disease. In fact, those who rode electric bikes for at least 30 minutes a day were 65% less likely to develop dementia or Alzheimer's disease than those who didn't ride electric bikes.

So, if you're looking for a way to reduce your risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer's disease, riding an electric bike is a great option. Not only is it good for your health, but it's also good for the environment.
